A Big Harristown Shed

We built this Harristown shed for a family wanting to maximise the functionality of their property in the Toowoomba suburbs. They wanted a big shed, built strong enough for future generations to enjoy.

The designers at Stockman Sheds were happy to oblige and drew up an absolute beauty. Towering two storeys in the sky, this turned into a stellar example of how a new shed can add value and performance to a suburban property.

Our photographer took some pics of the Toowoomba shed which we’re excited to share with you below. Some of the features displayed perfectly illustrate what makes a Stockman Shed stand out from the crowd.

Double Storey Steel Shed

Double the floor space, double the usefulness! Those two Steeline roller doors at the front of the shed lead to the garage space on the lower level, with ample garage space for two vehicles plus storage space. Upstairs you have the multi-functional appeal of an entire second level.

Custom Orb Cladding

How good is this Custom Orb cladding from COLORBOND®? It’s a stylish choice that doesn’t compromise on durability, and the Deep Ocean colour they’ve opted for is the perfect complement to those wide and blue Toowoomba skies.

High Windows

The high windows are a nice touch when it comes to privacy. These are also solidly built windows that will provide many years of service. We know that, because we only use the best local Australian window supplier, Bradnams. Their product is tried and tested in harsh Australian conditions and has never let us down in all the sheds we’ve built.

Brackets

Stockman Shed kits are generally 25% heavier than the competition. That’s in all the steel, but it’s also in our brackets. They’re so heavy, you can stand a column up in them and it’ll stay standing if you walk away. That’s solid stuff. Have a look at a bracket in this picture!

BlueScope Steel

A shed is only as good as its bones, and our bones are as tough as they come! We only use local Australian BlueScope Steel to construct our sheds. It’s backed by a manufacturer's warranty and is designed to stand tall no matter what the weather throws at it.

Personal Access Door

The personal access door visible on the side of the shed in this image is a handy touch that allows for easy access without relying on the roller doors. We use Larnec for all our PA doors, because as a local Australian company they deliver the goods when it comes to quality, compliance and service.

I’m going to leave you with a few more images from this shed in Harristown. Hopefully you’ve enjoyed a bit of insight into what goes into our sheds. If you’ve got a moment, check out this Silver Ridge shed and this Toowoomba artist shed too!
